Sue Robins for Culver City School Board
On November 5, 2013, voters in Culver City have an important choice to make: who will lead our school district for the next four years. We have significant changes facing us, limited revenues and some significant facilities needs to be addressed. We need people willing to take action, make difficult choices and keep the quality of our education at the forefront of our decision making. The mission of the Culver City Unified School District is:
“…to ensure that each student possesses the academic and personal skills necessary to achieve his/her highest potential as a valued, responsible member of society by providing challenging, personalized educational experiences in a safe, nurturing environment and by fostering a passion for teaching and learning with committed parent and community involvement.”
It is up to you as a voter and member of the community to choose the candidates who will best serve this mission. I believe I am one of those people. Please take a moment to learn more about me on the “About Sue” page. If you agree that I am the best candidate, please participate in the campaign. If you have questions, please call or email me – I want to hear your ideas and concerns!
I joined this race because I am ready and uniquely qualified to help our schools build upon what we do well and work with the administration and the teachers to meet our greatest challenges. I am focused on academic excellence, facilities improvements and building relationships with the business community to support and enhance our programs.
